Behind every digestive disorder, a personalized solution exists.

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

IBS is a complex functional digestive disorder involving multiple mechanisms. Today, there are various approaches to better manage symptoms and significantly improve quality of life.

Having dedicated the majority of my research projects to this topic, particularly focusing on the low FODMAP diet, managing IBS is especially close to my heart. I offer support based on the latest scientific advances, tailored to your personal situation.

Crohn disease & ulcerative colitis (IBD)

When living with an IBD, many questions about diet often arise. Nutrition becomes therefore a central concern.

As a specialized dietitian, I support you at every stage of your IBD-journey to guide you adapting your diet according to your symptoms, monitor your weight, prevent and treat malnutrition, and ultimately improve your quality of life.

Food intolerances

Lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, celiac disease, histamine intolerance... These issues are common.

I offer personalized support to help you better understand these conditions and, together, find personalized solutions to sustainably improve your daily comfort.

Other functiunal gastrointestinal disorders

Gastroesophageal reflux, gastroparesis, chronic constipation, chronic diarrhea, bloating... These digestive disorders can significantly impact your daily life. Let’s take the time together to analyze your diet, identify possible causes, and implement practical solutions to relieve these discomforts.

Endoscopic gastric reduction (ESG- Endomina/Overstitch)

Endomina, Overstitch: a support for weight loss! These endoscopic treatments can be valuable help in managing overweight or obesity. However, they do not replace long lasting lifestyle changes. These approaches are complementary, and changing eating habits remains essential for sustainable results. I support you with goodwill throughout this process to help you putting in place healthier long-term habits adapted to you.

Other digestive diseases and refeeding after surgery

All diseases affecting the digestive organs, whether medical (pancreatitis, gallbladder inflammation, fatty liver disease, etc.) or surgical, often require dietary adjustments. Nutrition plays a key role in recovery and improving health status. I offer personalized support to help you better manage these situations and restore your digestive health.

Rebalancing food habits

Whether you simply want to take care of your health or improve it in the context of one or more medical issues, a balanced diet remains essential! I am happy to support you in this journey, at your own pace, while considering your needs and lifestyle.

Endometriosis...

Although endometriosis is a gynecological condition, it can often lead to digestive issues due to chronic inflammation and possible involvement of the digestive tract.

Taking into account your specific needs and symptoms, I help you identify dietary strategies to relieve these discomforts and optimize your daily quality of life.

Frequently asked questions

Here are some frequently asked questions that might provide you with useful information !

In order to maintain high-quality and up-to-date dietary care, I do not treat children under the age of 12, individuals with severe kidney disease, or high-level athletes.

There’s no single answer to this question! Starting dietary care often means beginning a gradual journey of changing eating habits. The number and frequency of appointments vary depending on the nature of your situation and are always tailored to your individual needs.

In the case of more "simple" issues (e.g. post-operative follow-up, general dietary advice, lactose intolerance, etc.), one or two appointments are usually sufficient. However, for more complex situations (such as irritable bowel syndrome, post-Endomina follow-up, dietary rebalancing, Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis…), a longer course of care is often necessary — for example, an average of 3–4 sessions for IBS.

Currently, I do not offer video consultations. However, if you have an urgent question that cannot wait until your next appointment, you can contact me by email (include your full name, date of birth, and phone number). I will get back to you as soon as possible.
